Interact Savescreen (the "Software"), including its source code, object code, visual design and documentation, is proprietary. It is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted in this license are reserved by the copyright holder. 2. Free use during the beta. The Software is currently in beta (early access). During the beta, you may download, install and use the Software free of charge, on any number of your own devices, for personal or professional purposes, including every feature it contains (license enforcement is off during the beta). This permission applies to every version of the Software distributed during the beta and does not expire for the copies you received during it. Later versions may come with different license terms, which will be provided with them. 3. What is not granted. Except as this license expressly allows, as mandatory law permits, or with the copyright holder's prior written permission, you may not: copy the Software (other than to install it and to keep backups), modify it, create derivative works of it, merge it into other software, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent or lend it or its source code, share or publish license keys, circumvent its license checks, or remove proprietary notices. Access to the source code (for example to a private repository) grants no additional right. 4. Third-party components are licensed under their own terms (open-source libraries bundled with the Software; AI models downloaded on your request, whose license is shown before any download). 5. No warranty. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE — in each case to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this license limits the rights a consumer has under mandatory law.
